Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the digital product confirmation via email.

If You request a refund instead of replacing Your order, a processing fee of 3% of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and transaction costs. No fees will be charged if You opt to replace the order instead of canceling it.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We verify the eligibility of the refund. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement, except for the above-mentioned refund processing fee.
Conditions for Refunds
In order for a refund to be processed, the following conditions must be met:
- If the product is a gift card, refunds cannot be issued once the order is confirmed and delivered. This is because the card key is sent directly to the recipient’s email. We can only issue a refund if the gift card does not work, and this will be verified by checking the balance prior to sending.
- Processing of gift card orders may take between 1-2 days. Once delivered and confirmed, refunds are not possible.
- If the product is a subscription, software, or game, You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods have not been redeemed or used.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to digital nature once delivered.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate claims about delivered digital Goods. Therefore, accurate documentation or evidence must be provided to process a claim.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your refund request upon approval. The credit will be issued electronically to your email address.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
